Terms

Last updated October 28, 2026.

prospectmade.com is run by Baysix Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating in California (“we”, “us”). These terms cover using this website and set out the main points of how our service works. Each athlete site is covered by its own written agreement, signed before we start. That agreement sets the prices, the package and the payment schedule, and if it and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

This website

This site describes the ProspectMade service. Sending the form on /start/ doesn’t create an agreement or commit you to anything. Prices on the site can change; your written agreement sets what you pay.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Who can send the form

You must be 18 or older to send the form. For a youth or high school athlete, the form must be sent by the athlete’s parent or legal guardian. Please give accurate information; we rely on it to reply and to prepare a proposal.

Using this site

Please don’t:

  • Send spam, false information or someone else’s details without their permission
  • Try to break, overload or get around the site’s security, including the spam check
  • Copy the site in bulk with automated tools, or reuse its content to sell a competing service
  • Use the site for anything unlawful

We may block access to anyone who does.

Our content

The words, design, graphics and code on this site belong to Baysix Media LLC or are used with permission. Athlete photos, film and names shown as examples belong to their owners and appear with their permission; please don’t reuse them. You’re welcome to link to any page and share it.

Your domain

Your family owns the athlete’s personal domain from the start. If we buy and set it up for you, it’s registered in a parent’s or guardian’s name (or the athlete’s, if they’re an adult), ideally in a registrar account you control. You get the login, a recovery email that isn’t on the site’s own domain, and two-step sign-in where it’s offered. We keep delegated technical access so we can manage it. We never hold the domain back or make its release depend on staying with us. For an athlete under 18, a parent or guardian holds the account until control is handed to the athlete.

Every plan includes one standard-priced .com domain: its first registration, and its yearly renewals while you keep an active paid plan, plus setting it up and managing it. Premium domains, domains bought from another owner, additional domains and business email cost extra, and we only buy them with your approval.

If you cancel, the domain stays yours and future renewals become your responsibility. Any registration time already paid for stays with the domain until it expires.

Your website

Once the build fee is paid in full, your family owns the finished custom website. We keep ownership of our reusable templates, tools and components that existed before your site, and you keep a continuing right to use whatever your paid site needs from them. Hosting, maintenance and updates are provided through your monthly plan.

Each site is built with open-source tools whose licenses let you keep using them, including on another host: the Astro framework and Tailwind CSS (MIT), the qrcode library for the profile PDF (MIT), and the Barlow Condensed and Manrope fonts (SIL Open Font License). Hosting, the contact form, tracked links and the private /stats page run on Cloudflare under its terms, on our account.

Your photos, film and content

You keep whatever rights you already have in the photos, film and other material you send us. Sending them gives us permission to use them on your athlete’s site. If a photographer, videographer or streaming service owns the work, getting their permission is your responsibility. We may ask you to show it, and we can decline any material we’re not comfortable using.

You’re responsible for having the right to send us what you send, and for the accuracy of the athlete’s stats, schedule and other facts you give us. Nothing goes live on a minor’s site until a parent or guardian approves it.

Music in highlight films is licensed or royalty-free. Please don’t send us films with commercial songs you want kept; we’ll remove or replace them.

If someone else claims your content

If a claim is made against us because of material you sent us or asked us to publish, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and any amounts we have to pay because of it, including legal fees.

Your monthly plan

Your hosting and maintenance plan starts when your athlete’s site launches, not before. From then it’s month to month: it renews and is charged each month until you cancel. Your written agreement shows the monthly price and the date you’re charged.

Cancelling your plan

You may cancel your ProspectMade hosting and maintenance plan at any time by email. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your website stays hosted until the end of your current paid billing period. There is no cancellation fee. Partial-month refunds are not provided unless required by law.

Your personal domain remains yours. If your website build fee has been paid in full, you keep ownership of the completed custom website. On request, we provide the website files and help with domain access within 10 business days, without a release fee. Hosting with another provider and any additional migration work are separate services.

Cancelling hosting doesn’t cancel amounts owed under a separately agreed build payment plan. After your paid hosting period ends, your website goes offline unless it has been moved to another provider. Domain registration and renewal are separate from hosting: once your plan ends, future domain renewals are yours, and any registration time already paid for stays with the domain until it expires.

Features that run on our hosting, such as the contact form, tracked links and the private /stats page, need to be set up again or replaced on another host.

Cancelling during the build

The build fee is separate from the monthly plan. Before you pay anything, your written agreement sets the build fee and splits it into three milestones. Each milestone earns a set share of the total build fee:

  • Kickoff, intake review and website plan delivered: 20%
  • First complete website preview delivered: another 50%
  • Approved revisions and launch-ready files completed: the remaining 30%

You can cancel during the build at any time by email. If you do, you pay for:

  • The milestones already completed
  • Expenses you approved beforehand that we can’t get back (a domain already registered, for example)
  • For a milestone that’s partly done, only the documented work on it, at the rate in your agreement, and never more than that milestone’s share

We refund anything you’ve paid beyond that within 10 business days. Because the monthly plan starts only at launch, cancelling before launch never involves a monthly charge.

No promised outcomes

We build the site and deliver the services in your package. We don’t promise recruitment, scholarships, offers, roster spots, replies from coaches or professional opportunities, and our fee never depends on any of them. Nothing on this site is NCAA approval or eligibility advice. Recruiting and eligibility rules vary by sport, division and athlete; check them with the athlete’s school or a college compliance office.

We’re not an athlete agent or NIL representative, and we don’t negotiate contracts or deals for anyone. Where your package includes emails to college programs, they go out on your family’s behalf, to schools you choose, with content you’ve approved.

This site links to athlete sites and other websites we don’t control, including services like Cloudflare. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties about this site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Your written agreement sets what we promise about the service you buy.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Baysix Media LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some laws don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

We’re registered in Wyoming and operate from California. California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site goes to the state or federal courts in Alameda County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there. Before going to court, please email us first so we can try to sort it out.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to use of the site after they’re posted; they never change a written agreement you’ve already signed.

If part of these terms doesn’t hold

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

If you believe something on this site or an athlete site we host uses your work without permission, email contact@prospectmade.com with the page link, what you own, and how to reach you. We’ll review it and take it down if it shouldn’t be there.
