01Can I see the site before it goes live?
Yes. We build it on a private preview that only you can open. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
02What if a number is wrong, or I can't prove it?
A number goes on the site with its date and where it came from. A number you measured yourself is labeled "Self-reported" with the month. If two sources disagree, we ask you before anything goes live. A stat the source didn't record shows as "—", never as a zero.
03Who owns the web address (the domain)?
You own your web address (the domain) from day one. If you'd like help, we buy and set it up for you, registered in your name, ideally in a registrar account you control. You get the login, a recovery email that isn't on the site's own domain, and two-step sign-in where it's offered. We keep technical access so we can manage it, and we never hold the domain back or tie it to staying with us.
04Who owns the website?
You own the finished website once the build fee is paid in full, and it's built with open-source tools you can keep using on any host (details in our terms). Photos and film stay with whoever owns them now; we only ask permission to use them.
05What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time by email. There's no cancellation fee, and your site stays up through the billing period you've paid for. Partial months aren't refunded unless the law requires it. Your web address stays yours, and once the build fee is paid in full, so does the website: on request we send the website files and help with domain access within 10 business days, with no release fee. Cancelling hosting doesn't cancel a build payment plan, and after the paid period the site goes offline unless it's been moved. After you cancel, domain renewals are yours, and any registration time already paid for stays with the domain until it expires.
06What does the monthly fee cover?
It starts when your site launches. It covers hosting, your personal domain, and updates within 48 hours of receiving complete details, media and approvals. Changes go to your private preview first and go live once you approve.
