A coach can size your athlete up in 30 seconds, every number has a date and a source, and your family owns the web address. On Recruit and Pro you can also see who's watching the film.

We build the platform and the presence: the site, the film and the profile PDF, at a web address your family owns. Recruit adds a private activity dashboard and a camp and showcase shortlist each season. Pro adds a monthly report and call, and a seasonal update email we prepare for you to approve and send.

We never promise offers, scholarships, roster spots or replies from coaches. Your athlete earns those.

No. No one can do that honestly. We build a professional site that puts your athlete's film, numbers and story in one place, so coaches and scouts can evaluate them faster. We don't promise scholarships, offers, roster spots, replies from coaches or pro opportunities. Your athlete earns the rest.

A number goes on the site with its date and where it came from. A number you measured yourself is labeled "Family-reported" with the month.

If two sources disagree, we ask you before anything goes live. A stat the source didn't record shows as "—", never as a zero.

None automatically. We bring it all together by hand: film from Hudl, YouTube or GameChanger, numbers from MaxPreps, event results, testing reports and scorebooks, each with its date and source.

Your athlete's site then links out to every public profile they already have, so nothing you've built is lost.

No. We prepare outreach for your family to approve and send. At launch every family gets email templates, an email signature, the site link and how to share it. On Pro we also prepare one seasonal "what's new" email for the school contacts you choose.

Your athlete or a parent sends it from your own email, so coaches hear from your family and replies come straight to you.

Your family. It's behind a password on your athlete's own site and never shows up in search. Coaches can't see it, and no other family can see yours.

Activity shows who opened your links, not whether a coach is interested.

It counts profile visits, video plays, PDF downloads and contact messages. Each school you email gets a unique link (a tracked link), and a school's name shows only when the visit came through that link. Links can be forwarded, a play means the film started, and known bots are filtered out, though some automated visits get through. Interest is what a coach tells you directly.

Once a season on Recruit and Pro, we send a shortlist of 3 to 5 camps or showcases that fit your athlete's goals, location and budget, and any school interest a coach has confirmed.

Where an event publishes its coach list, we check it and tell you which coaches are listed to attend. That's never a promise a coach will be there, evaluate your athlete or reach out.

Your family owns your athlete's web address (the domain) from day one. If you'd like help, we buy and set it up for you, registered in a parent's name (or the athlete's, if they're an adult), ideally in a registrar account you control. You get the login, a recovery email that isn't on the site's own domain, and two-step sign-in where it's offered. We keep technical access so we can manage it, and we never hold the domain back or tie it to staying with us.

Your family owns the finished website once the build fee is paid in full, and it's built with open-source tools you can keep using on any host (details in our terms).

Photos and film stay with whoever owns them now; we only ask permission to use them.

Cancel any time by email. There's no cancellation fee, and your site stays up through the billing period you've paid for. Partial months aren't refunded unless the law requires it. Your web address stays yours, and once the build fee is paid in full, so does the website: on request we send the website files and help with domain access within 10 business days, with no release fee. Cancelling hosting doesn't cancel a build payment plan, and after the paid period the site goes offline unless it's been moved. After you cancel, domain renewals are yours, and any registration time already paid for stays with the domain until it expires.

Yes. A fully paid site and your domain can move to another provider. We send the website files and help with domain access within 10 business days, with no release fee. Hosting elsewhere and any migration work are separate services.

The contact form, tracked links and /stats run on our hosting. On another host they need to be set up again or replaced.

Yes. We build it on a private preview that only your family can open. Nothing goes live until a parent approves it (or you do, for college and pro).

Once we receive your completed intake and required materials, your athlete's website typically launches within two to three weeks (10 to 15 business days). We confirm a target date at kickoff. Missing content, late approvals or added scope can move it.

After each tournament, send new stats, results, film or photos. Once we have the complete details, media and any approvals, we update your private preview within 48 hours. It goes live once you approve, and the profile PDF updates with it.

We'll respond to your inquiry or call request within one business day. After your consultation, we'll send your proposal and next steps within one business day.

Film clips or links, recent photos with the photographer's name, stats with where each came from, a few lines from your athlete about themselves, and the schools you're targeting. The full checklist is on How it works.

No home address, no birth date, no school schedule, and no personal phone number unless you approve it in writing. A parent approves the site before it goes live and approves each update.

Youth sites use first name and last initial and never show a school. A parent owns the account and approves everything. There's no outreach and no per-school tracking.

Never. Our fee is for the site and the services we deliver, never tied to an offer, a scholarship, a roster spot or any recruiting result. No success bonuses and no "pay when you commit".

Nothing on this site is NCAA approval or eligibility advice. Rules vary by sport, division and athlete status, so check with the compliance office at the schools your athlete is talking to.

They depend on the sport, the division and your athlete's class year, and they change. We don't interpret them for you.
